Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet every customer with a warm, friendly greeting and maintain a confident presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety protocols.
