Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor and energetic greeting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits and high‑risk areas to reduce theft and maintain security.
• Identify, report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide friendly, confident greetings and professional appearance.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Foster safety and disciplined decision making in a fast-paced environment.
