Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and confident, energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist with shortage reduction programs and reinforce safety protocols with staff.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction processes and best practices.
