Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut seeks a Shift Supervisor for our Brookfield store. You will oversee daily store operations, open/close, supervise team members, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting merchandise.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year in retail sales with cashiering and customer service experience.
• Ability to lead and direct team members and delegate tasks.
• Basic math for cash handling and operating a register.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for store operations during assigned shift.
• Open and close the retail store.
• Delegate work assignments and ensure completion by team members.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and process refunds.
• Complete daily documentation and financial reports.
• Sell merchandise, operate POS, and thank customers for supporting our mission.
• Perform stock duties like rotation, hanger changes, and displays.
• Record inventory and maintain a clean store environment.
