Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver a premium customer experience for Lindt Chocolate Shops across the United States. You will model the brand standards, drive sales, train staff, and oversee inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness while ensuring exceptional service.

Availability nights, weekends and holidays is required. Salary ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with opportunities to develop leadership and product knowledge within a premium

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or specialty retail environments.
• Ability to take direction and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong numerical skills for basic calculations and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plan and contribute to district goals.
• Train and develop sales staff to maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Maintain operational controls: cash handling, inventory, and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to Lindt standards and 4 Moments of Influence in customer interactions.
