Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission—We help people overcome challenges to employment. Starting pay is $17.35/hour plus benefits.

The role supports store management in daily operations and reports, with responsibilities including opening/closing registers, customer service, safety, and task coordination. Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, retail or customer service experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred; 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide punctual, dependable attendance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and train employees on customer service skills.
• Assist in daily reports and sales processes.
• Open/close cash registers, balance cash drawers.
• Review and follow Goodwill safety policies and conduct safety drills.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
