Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission. To assist the store management in daily management responsibilities and support a team of Store Associates in delivering quality customer service and efficient store operations.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, some supervisory experience, and strong communication skills in English. Reliable transportation is required to support daily operations and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer/contributor service skills.
• Assist in daily reports and store operations with store management.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items and maintain safety practices.
