Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission and support community employment initiatives in Central Oklahoma. The role supports store management with daily operations, cash handling, customer service, and employee training.

Qualifications include a High School degree or GED, preferred retail or customer service experience, and at least 6 months supervisory exposure. Candidates must be able to communicate in English and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED, preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service/ relations experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Open and close cash registers, counting money and balancing cash drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Conduct store monthly safety inspections with Store Manager.
• Maintain safety log and coordinate safety drills.
• Attend training as required.
• Adhere to agency policies and safety rules.
