Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is looking for team members to support store management in daily operations and customer service. This role involves assisting with open/close procedures, balancing cash, processing sales, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Strong communication and reliability are essential to help drive the store’s success and community impact. Starting pay is $17.35 per hour with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail settings is preferred.
• Supervisory experience (6 months) is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Reliable transportation and dependable communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
• Assist in daily reports and store operations with the management team.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Assist in sales, processing of items, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety trainings and drills.
