Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to assist the store management in daily operational duties while supporting the mission to help people overcome employment challenges. You will train staff, provide excellent customer service, prepare daily reports, balance cash drawers, and help with sales processing.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, retail or customer service experience preferred, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Open and close cash registers, count money, balance drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Conduct monthly safety inspections with Store Manager.
• Maintain safety logs and coordinate drills.
• Attend training and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
