Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help run store operations and support the mission of assisting people toward employment. The role involves customer service, cash handling, reporting, and safety responsibilities in a retail setting in Edmond, OK.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports and sales processing.
• Review safety policies and conduct safety inspections with Store Manager.
• Abide by agency policies and procedures.
