Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Retail Center Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across the retail center. You will oversee safety, customer focus, product flow, and aesthetics by directing teams and applying hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with pricing, trends, and seasonal changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and supervise associates to ensure safety and customer focus.
• Manage breaks and reallocate staff as needed.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures and sales reporting tasks.
• Assist with inventory and ensure proper product flow and presentation.
• Support training and certifications for staff, including equipment operation.
