Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor to lead our retail center team. This full-time role requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and stretching to 10 pm.

The position offers growth opportunities within Goodwill's Retail Division and pays $20.32 per hour. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in retail or related fields, plus at least two years of retail experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Two years retail experience desired.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail center.
• Lead and coach associates, manage breaks and call-offs.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Count drawers and verify daily sales reports.
• Assist with inventory and pricing adjustments.
• Ensure excellent customer service and safety.
