Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks a highly capable Retail Center Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across the store. You will oversee associates, monitor safety, customer service, product flow and aesthetics, and coach staff as needed.

The role requires open evening and weekend availability; prior supervisory retail experience is preferred. This full-time position offers growth opportunities within Goodwill's Retail Division.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail experience desired.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entire retail center and address safety, customer focus, product flow and aesthetics.
• Lead and coach staff; manage breaks and call-offs; support reviews and terminations.
• Assist opening/closing procedures; verify daily sales reports; count drawers and handle cash.
• Assist with inventory counting and verification; ensure proper pallet jack, walkie stacker or forklift use.
• Coordinate customer service activities to maintain relationships and resolve complaints; serve as first escalation point.
• Maintain knowledge of store procedures and cross-train to cover emergencies.
