Job summary

The Retail Center Shift Supervisor at Goodwill of Colorado will oversee day-to-day operations across the retail center, guiding associates and teams to maintain safety, customer focus, product flow, and store presentation.

This full-time supervisory role requires open availability, including evenings and weekends; responsibilities include inventory counts, cash handling, coaching staff, and ensuring procedures for opening/closing and daily reports.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift/walkie stacker certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach retail team; manage breaks, call-offs, and performance feedback.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and daily sales reports.
• Manage cash drawers and change with the safe; perform inventory counts.
