Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking versatile and adaptable candidates for the role of Retail Center Shift Supervisor. This full-time supervisory position requires open availability, including evenings and weekends, with shifts potentially starting at 7 am and extending to 10 pm.

The Shift Supervisor will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate customer service, assist with opening/closing procedures, manage staff, and ensure safety and efficiency across the store.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar industries preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift/walkie stacker certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and supervise teams to ensure safety, customer focus, product flow and store appearance.
• Manage breaks, staff scheduling, and training; provide feedback and participate in performance reviews.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and verification of daily sales reports and cash handling.
• Coordinate customer service activities and address escalated customer issues as first point of contact.
