Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor for our Retail Center. This full-time supervisory role requires open availability, including evenings and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending as late as 10 pm.

Pay is $20.32 per hour, and stores operate 9 am–9 pm Mon–Sat, 9 am–8 pm Sun. The position leads day-to-day operations, including customer service, staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures, inventory counts, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail experience desired.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and address safety, customer focus, and product flow.
• Manage breaks and reallocate staff to cover call-offs.
• Coach employees and support performance reviews.
