Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across the retail center, ensuring safety, product flow, and excellent customer service. This full-time role requires adaptability with shifts starting early and ending late, including weekends.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff, manage reports, and oversee inventory and pricing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift/walkie stacker certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations across the retail center.
• Manage breaks, call-offs, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily sales reporting."
• Assist with inventory and product flow, pricing, and restocking.
• Coordinate customer service and resolve escalated issues as the first point of contact.
