Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor for our Retail Center. This full‑time role requires open availability—evenings, weekends and holidays—with shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending around 10 pm.

The position offers DailyPay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. The Retail Center Shift Supervisor will lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure a safe, customer‑focused shopping

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in retail or related industries.
Two (2) years’ retail experience is desired.
Ability to obtain certification for equipment and operate safely.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise store associates to ensure safety, customer focus, product flow and aesthetics.
Manage breaks, address call-offs, coach staff, and assist in performance reviews.
Open and close procedures; verify daily sales reports; count drawers; handle cash changes.
Assist with inventory processes and ensure accuracy of product movement.
Coordinate customer service activities, handle escalations, and maintain donor relations at ADCs.
Cross-train for emergency coverage and maintain knowledge of store procedures.
