Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor for our Retail Center in Lafayette, CO. The role leads associates across the center, ensures safety, customer focus, product flow, and smooth daily operations.

Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in retail or related industries and at least two years of retail experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience is desired.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, staff and peers.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications for equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the retail center and address safety, customer focus and product flow.
• Manage breaks, staffing, coaching, and performance discussions as needed.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily sales report verification.
• Coordinate customer service activities and handle escalations of customer complaints.
• Support inventory processes and ensure accurate material handling and processing.
