MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, maintain store standards, and manage tasks from cashiering to merchandising and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and follow company policies.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
