You will help hit store KPIs, uphold standards, and manage tasks such as cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash handling.

The role also includes promoting the store’s loyalty program, maintaining a clean, compliant store, and supporting loss prevention.

Qualifikationen

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
