Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will train associates, ensure stock levels, and manage merchandising while promoting the store's membership program to boost loyalty.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across opening/closing, cash handling, and sales events. Travel between local store locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills essential for coaching associates and handling customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close store and ensure security and safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Promote store membership program to foster loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS.
