Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and promoting the loyalty program to boost customer retention, all while fostering a lively and customer-centric store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures and maintain cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
