MINISO USA in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and drive exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and POS transactions while promoting the store’s membership program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a keyholder or shift supervisor in retail.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
• Ability to travel between MINISO store locations as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; update visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS.
• Participate in promotions and events to meet business objectives.
• Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Multitask and stay calm in fast-paced environment.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
