Job summary

MINISO USA in Las Vegas seeks a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash, merchandising, and open/close procedures while promoting the store’s membership program.

The role requires 1+ year in a supervisory retail position, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications
