Job summary

Miniso in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

You’ll lead by example, supervise staff, and ensure a welcoming, energetic store environment that aligns with MINISO USA’s standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions is preferred.
• Travel between store locations as needed to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager with training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement at the sales floor and register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling, and store upkeep.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure proper stock levels with updated visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure it is clean and compliant with procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
