Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or more.
• 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty, upholding policy and procedures.
• Coaches and delegates tasks to Associates to meet store goals.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed correctly.
• Maintains accurate associate coverage for service areas.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
