Goodwill Central Oklahoma seeks an individual to assist store management in daily responsibilities. The role includes supervising store associates, ensuring excellent customer service, processing sales, and handling cash duties.

You will help prepare daily reports and participate in safety inspections with the Store Manager. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, retail or customer service experience preferred, and at least 6 months of supervisory exposure.

Qualifikationen

• High School degree or GED, preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service/ relations experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer/service skills.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Open and close cash registers and balance drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain safety logs.
• Attend training and adhere to agency policies.
