Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma seeks a Store Associate to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will assist in cash handling, reporting, and merchandise processing, while upholding company policies and safety standards.

The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth through Goodwill's RISE program and training resources. You will interact with donors and shoppers, help prepare daily sales reports, balance tills, and participate

Qualifications

High School degree or GED, preferred.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
6 months supervisory experience, preferred.
Ability to speak, read and write English.
Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

Punctual and dependable attendance.
Provide excellent customer service and train staff in customer / contributor service skills.
Assist in preparation of daily reports.
Open and close cash registers, balancing cash drawers.
Assist in sales and processing of items.
Conduct store monthly safety inspections in conjunction with Store Manager to identify hazards.
Maintain safety log and coordinate safety drills.
Attend training as required.
Abide by the policies and procedures as set forth by the agency.
Review and be familiar with safety policies and adhere to safety rules.
