Job summary

Required 1+ year retail leadership, high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to travel between store

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates in product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety and procedures compliance.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Support promotions and events to drive business objectives.
• Promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
