Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer service. You will train associates, drive KPI goals, handle cash, merchandising, opening/closing, and participate in promotions to boost sales.

You'll promote the store's membership program, maintain store standards, and resolve customer concerns professionally while upholding safety and loss prevention guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment in Allen, Texas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams or shift operations.
• Proven ability to train and develop sales associates.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist with training and development of sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in promotions and sales events.
