Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Texas to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor and at the register, ensuring strong product knowledge and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
