Job summary

MINISO USA in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will contribute to KPI achievement, store standards, cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing, while promoting the store's membership program to boost loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Help support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and cleanliness according to procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
