Job summary

MINISO USA seeks a Shift Leader in Euless, TX to support daily store operations, coach associates, and promote customer service excellence. You will help drive sales, manage opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention while upholding store standards and safety procedures.

This role requires 1+ year of supervisory retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process transactions using POS systems accurately.
• Participate in store promotions and events to meet business objectives.
