Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Texas to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the loyalty program to customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to open/close the store and support promotional events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist with training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
