Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with daily operations: replenishment, cash handling, opening/closing.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately with POS systems.
• Promote MINISO membership program to foster loyalty.
• Support loss prevention and uphold store policies.
