Job summary

MINISO USA in Nashua, NH is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff development. You will ensure top-notch customer service, handle cash and POS transactions, and participate in merchandising and promotions.

The role requires leadership experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to travel between store locations if needed. High school diploma is required; associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at register.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager as needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
