Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates; ensure product knowledge.
• Support replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and accurate stock levels.
• Open/close procedures; ensure safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Promote store membership program to drive loyalty.
