Job summary

MINISO USA in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive sales, manage cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks while promoting the store's membership program to build customer loyalty.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.
• Experience training sales associates and driving KPIs.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business goals.
