Job summary

Minis is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist with replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling, opening and closing, and actively promote Minis' membership program to foster customer loyalty and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
