Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to help the Store Manager run daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipments while promoting the store’s membership program.

A positive, energetic environment supports business KPIs and memorable customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a leadership role within retail and can travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail operations and basic POS knowledge.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure stock levels and visual merchandising.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
