Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep, while promoting the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.

Open to travel between locations as needed, you will contribute to a positive team environment and ensure a fun, energetic shopping experience that aligns with MINISO’s brand promise.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates at the sales floor and register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and align with MINISO USA’s customer commitments.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
