Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, shipments, and promoting the store’s loyalty program to drive customer engagement.

You will lead by example to meet KPI goals, support loss prevention, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced retail environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift lead in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Wamiliarity with store operations including cash handling, replenishment and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training sales associates and ensuring product knowledge.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures and ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and policy adherence.
• Maintain professional, enthusiastic store presence aligned with MINISO USA.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and sales events.
