Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising and store upkeep.
• Maintain store appearance and stock, implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and align with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events.
