Job summary

MINISO USA in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff training. You will ensure outstanding customer service, drive KPI results, and manage tasks on the floor, at the register, and during stock and merchandising cycles.

You'll promote the store's membership program, handle cash, assist with opening/closing, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder/supervisor/shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures; ensure safety/compliance and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to drive loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
