Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting MINISO's membership program to build customer loyalty.

This role requires leadership, strong product knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Travel between store locations may be required, with a high school diploma as a baseline

Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
Help support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
