Trulieve is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor in Columbus, OH to assist the General Manager and supervise store staff, ensuring excellent customer experience and regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership, cash handling, and a strong commitment to company standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory oversight, coaching staff, and enforcing SOPs. The position offers flexible scheduling up to 40 hours weekly, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate devices.
• Must be 21+ and able to work with diverse patrons.

Responsibilities

• Open/close duties and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Coach and develop the team to meet service standards.
• Monitor store inventory and resolve patient issues.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners.
