Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in leading store personnel and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will focus on customer experience, regulatory compliance, and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma, prior retail/leadership experience, and strong cash handling skills. Expect evenings, weekends, and holidays with a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Assistant General Manager in supervision of store personnel.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily operation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Open and close procedures and basic supervision of staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
