Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/AGM in leading store personnel.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand visual merchandising and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and changes communicated to staff.
• Coach and develop team to meet service standards and targets.
• Monitor store inventory and resolve patient issues escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with partners.
